BANANA CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
7 1/2 tbsp.milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
3 c. flour
1 chopped nuts

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add milk and soda to bananas. Add alternately with flour to creamed mixture. Add nuts, pour into 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. We like it with the nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

CARAMEL FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
