BANANA POP 
1 lg. banana
2/3 c. of chopped nuts
4 tsp. of chocolate syrup or caramel
Wooden sticks

Cut banana crosswise. Put a wooden stick through each side of banana on the bottom. Put the chocolate syrup or caramel on paper plate and roll bananas by the sticks through the chocolate or caramel. Then put the nuts on paper plate and roll the banana through the nuts. then put banana pop on wax paper or tin foil and freeze until frozen hard. Then they are ready to eat.
