BANANA SPLIT FUDGE MELLOW PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. caramel topping
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. banana slices
1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up sides of deep dish 9" pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and topping at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in chocolate; pour half of mixture over crust. Arrange bananas over chocolate. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into remaining chocolate mixture. Spread over bananas. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
