CHEESY CHICKEN SALSA DIP 
Makes for a really good appetizer or dip!

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 tsp. cumin
2 (12 oz. ea.) cans premium chunk chicken, drained (Swanson)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans great white northern beans, drained
2 (15 oz. ea.) jars salsa (Chi-Chi's; 1 mild & 1 medium)
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)
bag of Tostitos scoops, for dipping

Add all ingredients to a Crock-Pot (except Tostitos!) and let cook on LOW for about 4 hours (the longer the better). Stir occasionally.

When done scoop with the Tostitos and eat.
