CHEESY SALSA DIP 
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups salsa (your choice)
grated/shredded cheddar cheese, for sprinkling

Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream using electric beater until smooth. Spread in the bottom of casserole dish. Layer salsa on the sour cream mixture, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Can be warmed in the oven as well, but I prefer mine cold! Serve with Tostitos!
