VENETIAN NOODLES 
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper (beef noodle)
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare beef noodle Hamburger Helper as directed on package except decrease water to 2 1/2 cups. Stir in onion, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce with the sauce mix. Simmer 15 minutes.

Stir occasionally. Stir in cottage cheese; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese is melted. 6-8 servings.
