NOODLES STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 1/2 oz. can condensed consomme
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 pkg. noodles

In large skillet, cook onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter over medium heat until onion is soft. Add beef and cook until lightly browned, stirring to separate meat particles. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and mix in. Add consomme, tomato paste and vinegar; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles as directed; serve above over noodles.
