MEAT AND NOODLE SKILLET 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. chopped walnuts, optional
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. mushroom pieces, undrained
3 c. water
2 c. wide noodles
Velveeta cheese or shredded Mozzarella cheese

In large skillet, brown hamburger lightly. Add everything else, except the noodles and stir well. Add noodles. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Before serving cover with Velveeta cheese or other shredded cheese, and let set a few minutes. Serve from skillet.
