MEAT AND NOODLE SKILLET 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage

1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed dried basil leaves
3/4 c. tomato paste
3 c. water
1 can mushrooms stems and pieces, undrained

2 c. wide noodles

Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring gently two or three times with a fork.

3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Serve from skillet.
