SKILLET NOODLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. white wine
Chopped parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Melt butter, add meat, onion, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until meat loses red color, stirring to break up meat. Add wine, lemon juice and water, simmer uncovered about 10 minutes. Add uncooked noodles. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water, if necessary. Stir frequently. Season with salt and pepper, stir in sour cream, heat gently, do not boil. Serve sprinkled with paprika and parsley.
