BEEF-NOODLE SKILLET 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. American cheese
4 oz. cooked noodles, drained
2 c. milk

Lightly brown 1 1/2 pounds beef (ground), 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery, and 1 large chopped onion in a large fry pan. Pour off drippings.

Combine 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and sprinkle over meat and vegetables.

Gradually add 2 cups milk. Cook slowly for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded American cheese and 4 ounce of cooked, drained noodles. Stir until heated through.
