HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
3/4 gal. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 6 quart freezer container. If fruit is added, such as strawberries, you may need a little extra sugar (1/2 cup). If fruit is not added, use remaining 1/4 milk to finish filling freezer container to fill line. Freeze ice cream using lots of ice and rock salt. Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
