CHEESY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. (3 c.) med. noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
8 oz. salami or ham
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles. In large saucepan cook onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Blend in soup, sour cream and milk; stir in cheese, meat and noodles. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle around EDGE of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
