CHEESY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cooked dumpling noodles
1 med. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces and stems
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
8 oz. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
1 (15 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles to desired doneness and drain. Pour noodles into a 13x9 baking dish and set aside.

In large skillet brown meat and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer 4 minutes. Pour meat mixture over noodle and mix well. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until melted. 8-10 servings.
