CHICKEN SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 box chicken Rice A Roni
1 c. sour cream
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
Sliced almonds
Sharp cheddar cheese

Parboil chicken for 15 minutes, cool, cut into cubes. Make Rice A Roni according to directions. Make spinach according to direction. Mix chicken chunks, Rice A Roni and spinach. Add sour cream and almonds. Put into 2 quart serving dish, sprinkle with cheese. Add more almonds on top if desired. Heat 30 seconds in microwave to melt cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
