CHICKEN-ALMOND SALAD 
3 c. cubed chicken (cooked)
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. toasted almonds
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. capers (optional)
1/4 c. light cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Combine chicken, celery and lemon juice. Chill 1 hour. Add grapes and almonds. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to chicken and toss. Garnish with hard cooked eggs.
