1/2 c. Crisco or butter, mixed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 pkg. mincemeat
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. dates
1 c. cherries

Cream Crisco, sugar, applesauce and eggs. Mix mincemeat, raisins, nuts, dates and cherries with 1 cup flour. Sift flour, salt and soda together and cream all 3 parts together well. Bake in stem pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
