ELEPHANT STEW 
1 elephant (med.)
6 lb. onions, chopped
2 bushels carrots, diced
1 pick-up load Idaho potatoes, peeled
Salt & pepper to taste
2 rabbits, optional

Cut elephant into bite-size pieces (be sure to remove skin first), this will require a week or two weeks depending on age of elephant. Add all ingredients in very large kettle and cook over low heat for 6 days, adding water as needed to make brown gravy.

Serves 3, 800 people. If more guests are expected, add the 2 rabbits, but remember most people don't like hare in their stew!
