ORANGE BLOSSOM FRUIT DIP 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened (beat until fluffy)

Add and beat until smooth:

1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange peel

Chill. Can be used as dip for fruit or dressing for fruit salad, or spooned on crackers and topped with fresh fruit like Kiwi, strawberries, grapes or blueberries.
