2 c. shortening
3 lg. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 c. flour
Powdered sugar
Can prepared apricot filling or strawberry filling (Solo brand or Baker's)

Mix shortening, cream cheese, and flour together. Divide into 3 bulks. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out dough very thin, using powdered sugar (not flour). Cut into squares. Use 1 teaspoon of fruit filling and fold over opposite edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
