CORNFLAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 to 2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 c. corn flakes
2 c. coconut

Blend fats, salt, sugars, eggs and coconut. Sift together flour, soda, powder and add to mixture. Blend in vanilla and corn flakes. Drop spoonful and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly golden. These will harden when cool, better for chewy to under cook.
