RASPBERRY ALMOND BARS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. raspberry jam
1/3 c. almonds

Mix flour, oats and sugar in large bowl. Add butter, cut in with pastry blender to make coarse crumbs. Stir in flavoring. Reserve 1 cup oat mixture. Press remainder in bottom of 9x9 inch pan. Spread jam over top to 1/2 inch from edge. Mix nuts with oat mixture. Sprinkle over jam. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
