RHUBARB PIE 
Deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
Chopped rhubarb
3/4 can evaporated milk

Take deep dish pie crust (Pet Ritz works best). Combine brown sugar and flour. Add 1/2 mixture to bottom pie crust. Fill with chopped (1/2") rhubarb and add remaining brown sugar/flour mixture on top. Pour 3/4 can of evaporated milk (not sweetened) over all. Don't over fill. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
