1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (#303) can pumpkin
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. nuts
3 sm. boxes raisins

Combine oil, sugar, eggs and pumpkin. Beat until smooth. Sift other ingredients. Mix (beat) until smooth. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 box confectionery sugar (maybe a little less)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
