STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
Sliced strawberries or whole raspberries
1 c. mashed berries
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/2 c. water

Fill pie shell with berries. Cook remaining ingredients until thick and clear; use for glaze. Cool a little, pour over berries in the pie shell. Cool in refrigerator. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
