SAUSAGE COFFEE CAKE 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. hot coffee
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Separate sausage, pour coffee over it and stir. Sift flour, soda and spices. Add sugar to flour mixture. Add flour mixture to sausage, alternating with milk. Blend well. Stir in raisins and pecans. Bake in well greased and floured bundt pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees when cake is put in oven. Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
