HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon type mustard
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram (optional)
2 1/2 lb. chicken breast, skinned (or pieces you prefer)
Salt, pepper and paprika

In 9 x 12 glass baking dish, combine honey, mustard, wine, lemon juice, and marjoram. Roll chicken in mixture to coat and arrange, skinned side down. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. I usually serve with pan juices over yellow rice. Serves 6.
