SLICED BEEF IN MUSTARD SAUCE 
Cold roast beef, sliced thin, to serve 6
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. parsley
2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Thin slices of bread

Cook onion in butter until transparent. Add flour and parsley and stir well. Add hot water and mustard, salt and paprika and stir. Bring to a boil, add beef and let simmer 10 minutes. Serve on thin slices of bread that have been browned quickly in butter or bacon fat.
