SLICED BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
1/2 lb. beef tenderloin

TO MARINATE BEEF:

1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. oil

5 green onions, in 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp. wine 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 2 c. oil

Slice beef across grain into 1 inch square slices. Place in bowl. Add ingredients to marinate. Mix well and marinate at least 30 minutes.

In small bowl mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine, sugar and cornstarch. Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Remove stems. Boil in water for 30 seconds. Remove from water.

Heat oil in frying pan to 300 degrees. Stir-fry beef about 10 seconds until done. Remove beef, drain oil. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Add green onions, broccoli; stir together. Add beef and sauce mix. Stir until mixed. Serve.
