1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12-18 slices beef, cooked
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cloves
12 buns

Saute onions, add catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beef. Simmer another 15 minutes and serve on warm buns.
