BLUE RIBBON WINNER 
7 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. fried skim milk
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. gelatin
1/4 c. oil
3 c. hot water, 130 degrees

Put 3 cups flour, milk, yeast, salt, honey, gelatin and oil in bowl. Add hot water and beat well. Add 1 cup more flour and beat. Adding a little at a time add about 2 1/2 cups more flour. Knead well on a floured or oiled board.

Let rise in an oiled bowl until double. Punch down and shape in 2 loaves. Let rise until not quite double. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan and wrap in a towel until cool.
