BLUEBERRY CHEESE BREAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1 blueberry quick bread mix

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour; beat in the first egg and the orange peel. Set mixture aside. Combine the slightly beaten egg, the orange juice, and water. Add quick bread mix, stirring until moistened. Turn 2/3 of the bread batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over top. Spoon on remaining bread batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan, cool. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.

NOTE: 1 double recipe will make three 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 loaves of bread.
