CHINESE CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic
Dash ginger

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken; bake uncovered for 1-1 1/2 hours, depending on size of chicken breasts. Watch carefully and cover if it is browning too fast. Serve with rice and slivered, cooked carrots.
