CHINESE STYLE STEAK 
Flank steak (pounded), cut into cubes
Salt, pepper & garlic
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Sugar
A little baking soda (makes meat tender)
Cornstarch (not too much, otherwise too thick)
Water

Combine all marinade ingredients (should be consistency of BBQ sauce). Marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

FRYING: Cook with high heat with oil; turn to medium after putting meat in pan. Cook until ready to your taste; med. well or rare.
