CHINESE SPARERIBS 
1 1/2-2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs. country spareribs

1. Rub spareribs with salt. Let meat stand for 1/2 hour to absorb salt.

2. Combine ketchup, soy sauce and sugar. Add spareribs and marinate at least 1/2 hour.

3. Bake uncovered in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
