MICROWAVE APPLESAUCE 
4 cups apples, peeled, cored and cut into fourths. Put in glass casserole or glass pan, cover with Saran Wrap and leave corner vented. Cook on high for 6 to 10 minutes or until tender. Stir well. Add sugar to taste and also 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired. Serve warm or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
