BRAUNSCHWEIGER MOLD 
1 lb. braunschweiger (room temperature)
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
1 lb. braunschweiger
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Refrigerate 1 package of cream cheese. Soften 2 packages of cream cheese, combine braunschwiger and cream cheese in small bowl until blended, add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Blend. Pack into 3 cup bowl or mold lined with plastic wrap. Chill about 4 hours. To serve unmold onto serving plate, smooth sides with plastic spatula. Blend remaining package of cheese with milk, spread on mold. Garnish with pimiento strips and ripe olives.
