BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
12 oz. beer, room temperature
1/4 c. melted butter (reserve for last 10 minutes)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over bread and bake 10 minutes longer.
