3 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 beer (12 oz.) 1/4 c. butter (melted) Stir first three ingredients together well. Pour into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Pour melted butter over top and bake for 10 more minutes. | |
