LEMON RIESLING CAKE | |
1 lemon cake mix 2 tbsp. flour 4 eggs 2/3 c. oil 1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin (3 oz.) 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 c. Preston Johannisberg Reisling Grease and flour bundt cake pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fill greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Let cake cool; remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar. Recipe has been adjusted for high altitude. |
