ESCALLOPED CORN 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 (#2) can corn, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. soda crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Beat eggs and milk with whisk; add whole kernel corn and salt and pepper (in glass baking bowl). Put crumbs over corn mixture; pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
