ESCALLOPED CORN 
3 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles
2 cans creamed corn
1 can regular corn, drain 1/2 liquid
2 eggs
1 sm. carton sour cream
Chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated yellow cheese

Spray 9x13 inch pan. Crumble the noodles and put in pan. Discard seasoning packets.

In a separate dish, mix corns together, add eggs, onions, sour cream and salt and pepper and grated cheese. Pour over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until noodles are tender. Can add additional 1/2 cup grated cheese to top the last 15 minutes.
