CABBAGE SOUP 
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion chopped
2 to 3 carrots (cut bite size)
2 stalks celery
4 c. water
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring to boil and simmer 1 1/2 hours. 28 calories per cup.
