1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Mix and pat into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

LAYER 1:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix cheese and sugar then add the Cool Whip. Put this on top of the crust.

LAYER 2:
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (you can use either lemon or chocolate, whichever kind you prefer)
3 c. milk

Put this on top of the cream cheese mixture. Then top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
