HOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken pieces, cooked
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except chips and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with chips and top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees or until cheese is melted.
