WALNUT CARROT TOSS 
1 lb. fresh carrots, peeled & cut into coins
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. walnut pieces
Pepper to taste
Dash nutmeg

Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender. Drain. Add butter, pepper and nutmeg; stir over low heat until butter is melted and seasonings blended. Toss in walnuts.
