FRIED RICE 
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 medium onion chopped
2 stalks celery sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 medium green pepper chopped

In large skillet, cook and stir rice, onion and celery in oil over medium heat until rice is golden brown and onion is tender. Add other ingredients except green pepper. Reduce heat. Simmer 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is tender. Stir in green pepper. Simmer 10 minutes longer.
