HOMEMADE CRACKER JACKS | |
2/3 c. popcorn kernels 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. molasses 1/3 c. honey 1/2 c. peanuts 1. Pop the corn. 2. Melt butter in small kettle. Add molasses and honey to butter. 3. Pour this mixture into a bowl. Mix in popcorn and peanuts. 4. Spread coated popcorn into 2 large cake pans. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Stir once while cooking. 6. Cool before serving. Store extra in refrigerator. |
