EASY PORK CHOPS WITH WILD RICE 
8 to 10 pork chops
1 1/2 c. raw wild rice
Onion slices
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms with juice
Salt & pepper

Brown chops - put in electric skillet. (Can use cork pot, too.) Put slices on onion on each chop. Add rice. (I half-cook the rice in the microwave.) Combine the soup and the mushrooms with juice. Heat and pour over the chops, onion and rice. Bring to 350 degrees in electric pan. Lower heat to simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
