1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. boiling water

Mix beef, onion, spices and egg. Spread in pie pan. Combine Bisquick and butter. Mix and add water. Stir vigorously. Spread on top of beef mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
